The long and short of it is that if you are working for commercial purposes on behalf of a corporation and not for yourself as a hobbyist individual or a worker-owned cooperative, you are not welcome to use this software as-is. You are also not welcome to redistribute the program under your own terms.
If you would like to use this software for commercial purposes, please contact Evan Hemsley to negotiate an appropriate licensing agreement.
The long and short of it is that you can do just about anything you want with the code, but you have to credit me as writing the original software and cannot misrepresent your modifications as being the original software, and you can't relicense it. Acknowledgments for my hard work are not explicitly required but are very much appreciated, and if you make a hit game with this software I would definitely appreciate you kicking some money my way.
